Responsible For
- Providing engaging, high-quality English lessons: Customize classes to each learner's particular needs, whether focused on business, general, or specialized English.
- Preparing properly entails using available resources and tailoring lesson content to the student's competence level and goals.
- Managing an online classroom entails creating a positive and organized learning environment, encouraging student involvement, and resolving any technological concerns.
- Tracking student progress entails monitoring learning outcomes, providing constructive comments, and adjusting instruction to promote continual growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Learnlight team to provide high-quality educational experiences that meet company standards.
Additional Requirements
- Can speak English fluently
- Has valuable teaching experience
- Is communicative and ready to maintain a conversation on a variety of topics.
- Can spend at least 15 hours a week on teaching
Educational Requirements
- TEFL/TESOL Certification. ( Get Level 2 TEFL Certified ).
- No Degree Needed.
