About Course

Everything you need to become an Online Language Teacher. This Course has everything, from the basics to more advanced, from first hearing about Online Teaching to teaching a student in a Classroom. This Course consists of 5 Stages that focus on specific aspects of Online Teaching.

STAGE 1 - NOVICE.
Resume, Vesume, Cover Letter, Introduction Video, Accent Training both American and British Preparation.
STAGE 2 - ADVANCED BEGINNER.
Learning how to use the Teaching Platforms like Classin, Zoom and Voov. Additional collaboration tools and messaging software you need to learn so you can communicate with your company.
STAGE 3 - COMPETENT.
Lesson Planning, Creating a Teacher Portfolio, Canva Designing, Lesson Prep and Free Materials.
STAGE 4 - PROFICIENT.
Accent Training, Applying to companies, Passing your Demo and Interview as well as how to create a Recorded Demo.
STAGE 5 - CLASSROOM READY.
Teaching Materials to your students, Classroom and Time Management, Demo Practice and Graduation.
Recruiting Phase - Researched Companies.
We just added new Chinese and European Companies for our members to apply to. Need help? We have an in-house Recruiting Coach who will recommend companies that you can apply to. She'll get you ready for your Interview/Demo with these companies.

Welcome to the Full 310 Hours Practicum Course. I want to tell you a little bit about myself, my teacher Trainers and where I come from. I think giving you a bit of context and sharing my background is very important. As a Practicum Course member you are more than just an Online Teacher, you're family. Families protect, help and know each other.

Stage 2 – Advanced Beginner.
During this stage we're going to look at using collaboration tools like Classin, Voov, Zoom and Google Meet that you will be using to teach your students online. We'll also look at Messaging software that companies use to send messages to teachers and how to use them. Then, we're going to focus on Materials, games, quizzes and other activities that you can do with your students to make your classroom more engaging.

Stage 3 – Competent.
In the stage, we'll look at Applying to companies. Getting your application ready, adding a motivation letter and attaching documents and videos to your application. We'll also look at Lesson Materials, CEFR Levels and giving a student feedback and assessments.

Stage 4 – Proficient.
The 4th Stage focuses more on developinging your Accent either American or British. We'll look at passing your Demo and Interview. What to expect and how to do a recorded demo. We'll prepare you for these critical evaluations to ensure you make a strong and positive impression on potential employers.

Stage 5 – Classroom Ready.
In this final stage we'll look at giving you practical training and experience through the free Practice Demo that each member enjoys. We'll look at getting you Classroom ready by becoming your student, either young or old, depending on your niche. Our teacher trainers will attend your lesson and record it for you. We'll give you guidance and advice on every page so you can learn from trainers with combined experience of over 20 years. This stage ensures you are fully prepared to teach your students effectively in an online classroom.
