Responsible For
- Teachers can receive bonuses not only from the school but also from the company. Monthly payments via paypal or direct bank transfers around 17th of each month. High booking rate. Must be passionate about teaching and possess a positive attitude in every situation.
- Teachers are required to teach 5 or 6 days per week.
- Mondays to Fridays: 16:30 - 21:30 Beijing Time.
- Saturdays and Sundays: 09:00am - 21:00pm Beijing Time.
Additional Requirements
- Communication Skills: Teachers are required to have clear and effective communication, especially when working with non-native English speakers. Online teachers must be able to explain concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing/typing.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be experienced using technology, such as virtual classroom platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital teaching aids. Basic troubleshooting abilities and knowledge with web technologies such as Classin and Zoom.
- Classroom Management: Even in a virtual classroom, it is critical to maintain an orderly and productive environment. Teachers should be adept at engaging pupils, regulating behavior, and establishing a controlled learning environment that keeps students focused.
- Strong Internet Connection: Teachers are required to have a strong Internet connection to ensure that students have a great experience in each lesson provided by the teacher.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Online teaching necessitates the ability to accommodate various learning styles, time zones, and unexpected technological challenges. Teachers must be adaptable and able to tailor their teaching approaches to the demands of individual students or the requirements of the online platform.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Teachers will frequently interact with students from many cultural backgrounds. Being aware of and sensitive to cultural differences is essential for building a welcoming and respectful learning environment that promotes student achievement.
Educational Requirements
- Must Hold TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certification. ( Get Level 2 TEFL Certified ).
- Three years diploma or Bachelor's degree.
